We are thrilled to announce our campaign to enhance and improve Austin’s Alternative First Response System, and we need your support!

Why We Started This Campaign:

• A Better Response for Our Community: Austin can significantly improve how it meets the first response needs of our community by providing care and resources.
• Reducing Harm from Police Responses: Traditional police responses often lead to escalation and incarceration, causing more harm than benefit.
• Diverse and Skilled Responders: Austin needs more responders with a variety of skills, guided by principles of harm reduction, consent, and community accountability.
