She is a Senior Director at Financial Health Network, a nonprofit dedicated to improving financial health for all, where she leads program development and project management. Tanya acts as a consultant, researcher, and advisor to high impact mission-driven nonprofits, innovative financial technology startups, and committed philanthropic foundations, building partnerships between social and financial service organizations. She has years of organizational DEI leadership experience. Tanya sits on the board of the National Network of Abortion Fund, and loves to cook, eat, and share stories.
